Work with me

Five ways in.Start where you are.

Free community, a workshop, an hour when you're stuck, a standing monthly session, or building the thing together. Same person either way — the only question is how much help you need right now, and what you can spend.

Where I help

What we build together

Six places I'm most useful. Most people arrive convinced they need help with the fourth one and discover the real work is in the first two.

01

Getting it started

Going from an idea in your head to something real that exists in the world — a page, a prototype, a first version someone else can look at. This is the step almost everyone stalls on, and it's mostly not a skill problem.

You need this if: you've been "about to start" for months.
02

Deciding what to build

The smallest version that actually proves the idea — and explicit permission to cut everything else until it does. Scope is the thing that kills most builds, and it kills them quietly.

You need this if: your feature list keeps growing and nothing ships.
03

Actually shipping it

The tools, the AI workflow, and the working sessions that get it out of drafts and in front of real people. I build with these tools every day — I'm not recommending things I read about.

You need this if: it's 80% done and has been for a while.
04

Finding your first users

Who it's really for, what to say so they lean in, and the one channel worth running properly before you try five badly. Built things need people; this is how they get them.

You need this if: you launched and heard nothing back.
05

Getting unstuck

The one specific thing that's blocked you for weeks. Someone who has been through the version of this that didn't work, and will tell you plainly when you're about to repeat it. Usually an hour. Usually not the thing you thought.

You need this if: the hardest call is the one you keep postponing.
06

Keeping momentum

A standing session and a real cadence, so the build survives the week your motivation doesn't. Most things don't fail — they just quietly stop. This is the rung that prevents that.

You need this if: this is your third restart on the same idea.
Ways to work together

Five ways in. Start where you are.

Cheapest first, on purpose. If you can't pay for help yet, the top rung is free and genuinely useful — take it, and come back when you're ready. Need an hour right now? Book and pay for it directly. For anything bigger, start with the free 30-minute call.

Workshop

A workshop or training

Half a day, live, hands-on, small group. We take one thing — shipping your first version, finding your first users, using AI to build faster — and you leave having actually done it, not having taken notes about it.

Start here if: you learn by doing it once with someone watching.

Coaching

A working session when you're stuck

Bring one specific problem. We work it together and you leave with a solution, not a list of ideas. Pick a time and pay right on the booking page — no retainer, no minimum, no call needed first. Three formats:

  • Working session — 60 min · $250. The standard one. One problem, solved.
  • Deep work session — 2 hours · $450. A proper dive into something bigger.
  • Same-week emergency — 30 min · $150. Something's on fire. Usually within 24 hours.
Start here if: one thing has been blocking you for weeks.

Ongoing coaching

Two working sessions a month plus text access in between. We set the goal, break it into something you can actually finish, and I hold you to it. This is the rung that fixes the real problem for most people — not knowing what to do, but doing it consistently.

Start here if: you know what to build and keep not building it.

Build with me

When you don't want coaching — you want the thing built. I scope a real deliverable, bring my team and my AI tooling, and we build it together on a fixed project fee. You keep the asset and the know-how to run it.

Start here if: there's a deadline and a deliverable, not just a goal.

Not sure which rung? Book the free call and I'll tell you honestly — including when the answer is "you don't need to pay me for this yet."

How it feels

In the room, not on a retainer.

I work in person where I can, at a whiteboard, with the person who actually has to build the thing. No deck arrives at the end of the month in place of a conversation. You'll get direct opinions, an occasional argument, and someone who cares whether the thing gets made — not a vendor protecting a scope of work.

Fit

Who this works for — and who it doesn't.

I'd rather say no early than take money for something that was never going to work. Here's the honest version.

A good fit

  • You're actually building something — at any stage, including day one
  • You'll do the work between our sessions, not just talk about it
  • You want a coach and a thought partner, not an order-taker
  • You're willing to narrow — to give something up to finish something
  • You'll put the thing in front of real people quickly, before it's perfect

Not a fit

  • You want a pair of hands to execute a plan someone else already made
  • You want it built for you with no involvement — I build with people
  • You're looking for a name on the website rather than the work
  • The answer is already decided and you want it validated
  • You don't have a few hours a week to put into it
What happens next

Three steps, no theater.

From first call to first working session is usually about a week.
